SCR型低頻橡膠減振器由金屬件及橡膠體粘貼而成，其彈性體采用軸對(duì)稱環(huán)狀剪切型結(jié)構(gòu)，本系列產(chǎn)品分6種尺寸結(jié)構(gòu)，14種承載規(guī)格，軸向承受額定載荷從15～3000kg，阻尼比大于0.07，對(duì)共振的抑制力強(qiáng)。該減震器外形美觀，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，與同類型相同規(guī)格隔振器相比結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸小，重量輕，安裝更換方便，工作安全可靠，能在－5℃～+60℃范圍內(nèi)保持正常工作。SCR減振器對(duì)600轉(zhuǎn)/分及往復(fù)機(jī)械振動(dòng)的隔離具有很好的隔振效果，適用水泵、風(fēng)機(jī)、空壓機(jī)、柴油機(jī)、冷凍機(jī)等機(jī)械設(shè)備的振動(dòng)隔離及儀器儀表防振、防沖擊。本產(chǎn)品也適用于航空、船舶及機(jī)車中各類設(shè)備的振動(dòng)隔離和防護(hù)。

SCR damper has a good vibration isolation effect on the isolation of 600 rpm and reciprocating mechanical vibration.
